As with any art, practice is key to improving. These resources will make it easier for you to get started but your improvement will depend on the practice you put in it. Any black gel pen in the beginning will do. You can even choose to use colour pens or even colour the drawing in the end. My aim is to give you an easy start but then you should follow your creative instincts.
Remember that every person has their own unique style for pen lines and hence their finished work will have their own uniqueness. You should NOT aim to get your finished work mimicking mine, but rather focus on understanding the kind of pen strokes used and apply them to create finished work that reflects your creativity. Don’t get discouraged. If the results are not to your liking, then try again.
I will be regularly adding new templates and tutorials. If you would like to be notified of any new addition, pl. send me your email address in the form below. I would also like to hear from you regarding your finished work based on these templates and would try to display them on this site.
Have fun and don’t hesitate to reach out to me for any assistance.
Happy Drawing,
Rahul Jain
